By accessing or using PuzzleMaker Pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Description of Service

PuzzleMaker Pro is a web-based platform that allows users to create, customize, and export educational puzzles including word searches, crossword puzzles, bingo cards, word scrambles, matching worksheets, and mazes. The Service is available through free and paid subscription plans.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service, including puzzle configurations, word lists, and exported files. By using the Service, you grant PuzzleMaker Pro a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership over your puzzles or educational materials.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission

6. Subscription Plans and Payment

PuzzleMaker Pro offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle you select. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for all applicable fees. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the free plan. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, functionality, logos, and documentation, is the property of PuzzleMaker Pro and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PuzzleMaker Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
